Work's started on a Garage Conversion Project in Chelmsford Essex, the existing cold garage will be made into a habitable living space accessable from the hall. The new space will be large enough for an additional bedroom here an office will be going in.
First the floor has been built up including the new pipes for the new radiator working around the gas main, asbestos ceiling to be removed properly, insulation to go in to meet the current building regulations and stud wall to go in to create the new room - electrics to go in shortly...
