As we come to the end of 2017 I really should let you let you know what we've been up to for the last two months and our exciting plans for 2018!
Since we last checked in the porch in Chelmsford has been completed:
The Kitchen Extension and Garage Conversion in Benfleet has also been completed:
The 2 Story Extension, Conversion and Remodel in Ipswich was completed:
Graham & Liam have been busy in South Woodham Ferrers helping our friends at Daniel Windsor Landscapes rebuild a wall for a client which had become a health & safety issue, threatening to collapse into a public footpath. Some swift, expert bricklaying and the wall's not going anywhere now.
Then over to Basildon to complete a Porch Extension just before the weather turned really unpleasant...
Currently in progress is a new boiler installation and new Kitchen in Chelmsford, back in the warm. I'll post more photos shortly, here's the before:
So what's in store for 2018... The kitchen to finish, (The owner is away, we wouldn't leave anyone without a kitchen for Christmas!) and then a 2 bedroom house to build for our parent company Connection Investments Ltd in Chelmsford.
Connection Investments Ltd, owns and manages rental property in Chelmsford, the upcoming 2 bedroom house will be the smaller, first of two developments already planned for 2018 and we'll bring you updates here.
